Exploring Nature, Adventure and Active Living
Mountains, forests, wildlife, and outdoor experiences have become an important part of my life in Norway. Through hiking, sports, photography, nature conservation, and everyday adventures, I enjoy staying active, exploring new places, and building a strong connection with the natural world.

Mountain Adventures
Over the years, I have climbed numerous peaks across different regions, including summits reaching nearly 3,000 meters above sea level. Each ascent has required preparation, endurance, and respect for the environment. For me, mountaineering is about more than reaching a summit. It is about embracing challenges, exploring new landscapes, and appreciating the journey that unfolds between the first step and the final view.

Wildlife, Nature & Conservation
Spending time in nature has deepened my appreciation for wildlife and the environment. I enjoy observing animals, photographing wildlife, feeding animals responsibly when appropriate, and contributing to cleaner natural spaces through voluntary litter collection during outdoor activities. These small actions reflect values that are important to me: respect for nature, responsibility, and kindness toward living creatures.

Active Lifestyle
Physical activity plays an important role in my daily life. Whether it is strength training, table tennis, padel, hiking, or other outdoor activities, I enjoy staying active and continuously challenging myself. Sports help me maintain discipline, consistency, energy, and a healthy balance between professional and personal life.

Outdoor Photography
Photography allows me to capture landscapes, wildlife, and memorable moments from my outdoor experiences. Through photography, I enjoy preserving the beauty of nature and documenting the places, people, and moments that make each journey unique.

Cooking & Food
Cooking is another activity I enjoy outside of work. Whether preparing traditional meals, experimenting with new recipes, making coffee, or sharing food with friends and family, I see cooking as both a creative and social experience.

Lessons from the Outdoors
The outdoors has taught me lessons that extend far beyond hiking trails and mountain summits. Resilience : Continuing forward when conditions become challenging. Curiosity : Exploring new places, ideas, and experiences with an open mind. Responsibility : Respecting nature, caring for wildlife, and helping preserve the environment. Perspective : Appreciating both challenges and opportunities while remaining grounded. Community : Sharing experiences, helping others, and building meaningful connections along the journey.
